A radiant heater warms objects and people in its line of sight. This model uses propane and has a listed output of 4,000 to 9,000 BTU per hour. Heating coverage depends on the surroundings, weather and the application permitted by the manufacturer.
\nDo not use this heater indoors, in a tent, vehicle, garage or another enclosed space unless the exact model is approved for use in Ireland and its manufacturer explicitly permits that use. Opening a window does not establish safe indoor operation. An oxygen shut-off sensor does not replace a certified carbon monoxide alarm or the manufacturer's operating restrictions.
\nChoose a heater by its permitted application, required clearances and output. Propane prices and heat settings determine fuel cost; there is no verified guarantee that this product is cheaper to run than an electric heater. Radiant heat provides focused warmth rather than uniform heating of a large area.
\nThe listed dimensions are 19.5 × 34 × 38 cm. The handle folds down and the regulator swivels. A propane tank is not included. Check the exact manual for approved cylinders, connectors and storage. Switch the heater off and allow it to cool before moving it.
\nListed fuel consumption is 0.20 L/hour at 4,000 BTU and 0.45 L/hour at 9,000 BTU, with about three hours of runtime at maximum output. Actual runtime depends on the setting and connected fuel supply.
\nUse a stable surface and keep the heater clear of combustible materials, children and pets according to the manual. Never operate it while sleeping or leave it unattended. Do not use it as an indoor power-outage substitute unless the exact model's Irish and EU certification and instructions permit that application.
\nLet it cool and disconnect the supply as directed before cleaning. Keep openings clear and inspect the regulator, connections and housing for damage. Do not attempt to repair a fuel leak yourself. Stop using a damaged heater and contact a qualified technician.
\nCheck the model label, Irish and EU certification, permitted locations and fuel connection requirements. Contact us if you need those details before deciding whether the heater suits your intended use. A propane appliance is not a treatment for allergies or a way to improve indoor air quality.
\nFollow official carbon monoxide safety guidance in Ireland and fit a certified carbon monoxide alarm.
